Artwork Needed

Sprite Engine needs all kinds of artwork.  I’m looking for artwork that could be put on a t-shirt, artwork that could be stuck on the walls, artwork that could be used on this webpage, artwork that could be put on a flyer, artwork that could be used as a video background image – all kinds of stuff.  Either color or B&W images would work well.

What kind of artwork am I looking for?  Well, as long as it’s somewhat socially acceptable (meaning the hotel won’t tear it down) and at least somewhat relevant to the room party theme I’m all for it.

How about a contest then?

Create some original piece that has something to do with sprites, engines, sprite engines, or maybe even video games and send it in to art@spriteengine.com.  Be sure to include your first name or an alias so I can give you proper credit when posting the image on the webpage. In addition, an expert panel of impartial judges will evaluate all submissions and will determine which ones are worthy enough to be an official part of the Sprite Engine 2008 party room.  Prizes are yet to be determined, but may include a mostly-unused sheet of stickers, a sticky note with “GOOD JOB A+” written on it in crayon, or maybe even an unopened bag of circus peanuts.  Such exciting prizes are bound to inspire exciting images!  So go nuts, you wild person you!
